Average Fare for One Ride Outcome
Finance wants a sanity number for last month before they reconcile revenue. They ask for it one ride outcome at a time: the average fare across completed trips is the figure that feeds the reconciliation, and the same average across cancelled ones is what they compare it against to see how much quoted money never turned into a trip.

Task: Print the average fare across the rides whose status equals the outcome that arrived, rounded to 2 decimals. Rides with any other status take no part in the figure.
Example: if those rides had averaged ten dollars and five cents, you'd print 10.05.
