Kestrel Labs has been invited into an industry pay survey, and the compensation team has to answer the survey's opening question before any of the interesting ones: what does the average person here earn? The survey wants a single figure covering the whole company, not a breakdown, and it wants it to the cent so that companies of different sizes can be lined up against each other.

employees — one row per person. department_id is the team they sit on, given as the matching id in departments; salary is annual pay in dollars; hire_date is the day they started, written year-month-day; manager_id is the id of the person they report to, and is NULL for anyone who reports to nobody.

The table already exists in the database — there is nothing to create or load.

Task: Write a query returning one row with a single column, avg_salary, holding the mean of every employee's salary, rounded to two decimal places. Round the finished average — not each salary on the way in.

Example output — the shape, on an invented figure. An average that does not land on a round number keeps its cents:
